How quickly will you reply to my request?

We usually respond within one business day with questions, a fixed fee and a delivery date.

Is the quote free?

Yes. Reviewing your documents and sending a fee quote is free and carries no obligation.

What file formats can I send?

PDF drawing sets are preferred. We also accept DWG and DXF files, specification documents and shared links from Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or bid platforms.

My files are too large to email. What should I do?

Send a download link to ask@newyorkcostestimating.com or use the upload field on the form. Large sets are common and not a problem.

Will my drawings be kept confidential?

Yes. Files are used only to prepare your estimate. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
